Step 1

Arrive & Settle In

You'll be welcomed into a calm, private space. On your first visit we'll walk you through the M6N Black session bed, the control touchscreen, and what to expect during your session.

Step 2

Your 10–12 Minute Light Session

Recline fully in the session bed. Five targeted wavelengths (633nm, 660nm, 810nm, 850nm, and 940nm) are delivered across your whole body for 10–12 minutes of light exposure. Your total appointment is approximately 20 minutes including setup and buffer time. No effort required — just relax.

Step 3

Eye Protection

Protective eyewear is recommended and provided for every session. The M6N uses bright red and near-infrared light — eyewear keeps you comfortable throughout. It is provided at no extra cost.

Step 4

Built-In Audio

The M6N Black features built-in Bluetooth speakers. Connect your phone and listen to music, a podcast, or a guided meditation while you relax in the light.

Step 5

Feel Refreshed

Most people describe a gentle sense of warmth and calm during and after their session. You're welcome to lie back, close your eyes, and simply enjoy the quiet.
